Terms of Service
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of systemhustle.com and describe how our services are offered. SystemHustle is operated by Leonid Shvorob, Bali, Indonesia. Contact: [email protected].
1. About this website
This website describes our business development services for recruiting firms. The content is general information, not a binding offer. Examples of signals, companies and results are illustrative or describe past engagements; they do not promise that you will get the same outcome.
2. Services are provided under a written agreement
We provide services only after a discovery call and a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, the target market, the fees, what counts as a qualified meeting and each party’s responsibilities. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement prevails.
3. Results
We aim to generate qualified conversations for your firm, but we do not control who replies, who agrees to meet or whether a meeting turns into a client. Closing business remains your responsibility. Any commitment on the number of meetings is only what is written in your agreement.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, billing terms and any additional costs are set out in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise there, fees are paid in advance for the agreed period.
5. Compliance
Outreach is run on our own accounts, domains and infrastructure, in line with our Anti-Spam Policy. You agree to give us accurate information about your firm and services and not to ask us to make claims that are false or misleading.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design and graphics, belongs to SystemHustle. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Company names and logos shown as examples belong to their owners and are used only to illustrate publicly reported news.
7. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the services.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability under an agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
